About Us

After completing my Civil Engineering degree, I started my career as a general contractor in Minnesota. I quickly noticed a common problem in the construction industry that contractors were missing out on bidding opportunities. Why? Because they didn’t have the time to prepare detailed bid estimates. Watching this happen again and again, I knew something had to change. That is when I decided to create a company that focuses solely on construction estimating. Our goal? To help contractors bid more and win more contracts. 

When we first started, it wasn’t easy. Many contractors weren’t sure if an outside estimating service could work for them. We had to prove ourselves by delivering fast and accurate estimates that matched their needs. Slowly but surely, we gained their trust. We also had to deal with the challenge of keeping up with tight deadlines and unique project requirements. These experiences taught us a lot and made us better.
